• expert planning of preventative and defensive fire protection; fire protection assessments; assessment of inventory; providing of fire protection commissioners
• technical safety supervision of contaminated areas
• expert planning and supervision of technical housing utilities: electro, heating, quality of air, and sanitary installations as well as additional lift/elevator technology, providing of medical gas, pneumatic post devices, and alternative energy sources
• calculation of structural design; checking and approval of structural engineering certificates, construction and reinforcement technical drawings as well as certificates in accordance to the German energy saving ordinances (Energieeinsparverordnung EnEV)
